Updates on Closure of Trading Window

With reference to earlier announcement letter dated January 31, 2015, regarding Closure of Trading Window, Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.

Further, the trading window of the Company will remain closed during the period from February 06, 2015 to February 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, in the securities of the Company by its designed employees, Directors and promoters.

Closure of Trading Window

Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.

Further, the trading window of the Company will remain closed during the period from February 04, 2015 to February 09, 2015 (both days inclusive) pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, in the securities of the Company by its designed employees, Directors and promoters.
