Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, has considered and approved the following:
1. Appointed Mr. Kunal N. Shah as the Whole-Time Director of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2014, for a period of 3 (three) years;
2. Appointed Mr. Rahul N. Shah as the Whole-Time Director and also as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2014 for a period of 3 (three) years;
3. Considered to open branch office at Guwahati and other places in India, as and when required and to close the branch office(s), as and when required.
