Nitin Fire Protection Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that: "Mr. Gopal K. Shahi has been resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 22.04.2008 and appointed as General Manager of New Age Company, LLC, UAE a branch of Nitin Venture FZE, UAE 100% subsidiary of Company. Further, Mr. Kailat H Vaidyanathan, appointed as an additional director of the company in place of Mr. Gopal K. Shahi with effect from 22.04.2008".
Nitin Fire Protection Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that: "We shall furnish the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st March, 2008 along with Annual Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 on or before 30th June, 2008 instead of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 31st March, 2008."
