Nitin Fire Protection Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that "The company has increased the Authorized Share Capital from Rs.15,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crores Only) divided into 1,50,00,000 (One Crore Fifty lacs) Equity shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each to Rs.60,00,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Crores Only) divided into 6,00,00,000 (Six Crores Only) Equity Shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, at the EGM held on 14th August 2009".
