Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 17, 2014, has allotted 73063511 Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) bonus share for every 3 (Three) existing fully paid up equity share as per resolution passed by the members of the Company at their Meeting held on November 03, 2014.
