“Nitin Fire Protection Industries Limited (NFPIL), India's leading player in the fire protection, safety, security, intelligent building systems, high pressure seamless cylinders and refueling stations in India today announced that the Company has received Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Certificate for Centrifugal Fire Pump for commercial and industrial use. Mr. Kevin Faltin, UL’s Global Business Development Director for Building Material and Suppression, has presented the Certificate of Compliance to Mr. Rahul Shah, Executive Director of the Company at the UL International Fire Safety Showcase on China Fire Expo, October 2010.

With this approval the Company would now get into a different bracket in our line of business. Only few companies in the world have such product portfolio as we possess at this point of time.

Apart from the above we also possess KITE MARK from UK, for range of Fire extinguishers, approval from Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) from UK for ozone friendly gaseous fire suppression systems for HFC227ea and Novec 1230 for national and international market.”
