The Company has informed BSE that the Company shall furnish the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2012 along with Annual Results for the year ended March 31, 2012 on or before May 30, 2012 instead of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on March 31, 2012.
