Withdrawal of name of Company Secretary, Key Managerial Personnel & Compliance Officer

With reference to the earlier letter dated May 25, 2015 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on May 25, 2015, Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that Ms. Sneha Tejas Gandhi was appointed as a Company Secretary, Key Managerial Personnel & Compliance Officer of the Company by the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on May 25, 2015.

However, due to unavoidable circumstances, she is unable to join the Company and hence, the Company hereby withdraw her name as a Company Secretary, Key Managerial Personnel & Compliance Officer of the Company.
