Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2014.

2. To consider the appointment of the Independent Directors of the Company.

3. To fix date of book closure for dividend.

4. To consider and approve the Directors’ Report including its annexures.

5. To fix the day date, time and venue for holding of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company for the financial year 2013-2014, and other related matters.
