Nitin Fire Protection Industries Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2008 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2009) that: "Funds raised through an IPO in the previous year have since been utilized for the objects of the issue".
