The Company has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 24, 2011 has allotted 15,75,36,989 Bonus Shares of the Company in the proportion of 5(five) Bonus Shares of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two) each for every 2 (Two) fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two) each held by them (fraction of a new equity share has been disregarded).
