The Company has informed the Exchange that the shareholders of the Company has passed resolution for issue of Bonus shares in the proportion of 5(five) Bonus Shares of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two) each for every 2 (Two) fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two) each held by them (fraction of a new equity share being disregarded) at the EGM held on September 12, 2011.
