NOTICE is given under Section 154 of the Companies Act, 1956 that the Register of Members and Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, August 9, 2012 to Saturday August 11, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of Dividend of Rs 0.40 (Forty Paise Only) per equity share of the face value of Rs 2 each, for the year ended 31st March, 2012, if declared by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Dividend, when declared, will be paid only to those members whose names are registered as such in the Register of Members of the Company after giving effect to valid share transfers in physical form lodged with the Company on or before August 8, 2012 and to the Beneficiary Holders as per the Beneficiary list as on August 8, 2012, provided by the NSDL and CDSL.
